돌아왔다잉! ^^ That means I’m back to updating this tumblr account. Will be posting at least one quote per day. Hopefully! :)
The question, what is the relevance of the above picture to my coming back? Hmmm. Nothing really but just want to give a shout out to my favorite Korean actor, 재희 (Jaehee), who just celebrated his 32nd/33rd birthday last May 25, 2012. Jaehee portrayed the role of 이몽령(Lee Mongryong) in my favorite Korean drama, Sassy Girl Chunhyang! ^^

"I like you so much. I like you so much that I don’t know what to do. It would be good if I know what to do. What should I do? How would an adult answer this? You don’t know right? You don’t know. Because this is not Japanese neither it is Mathematics or about Management or Administration. And also, I am not Eunjo… "

    ON A HIATUS

It’s been a while since I posted something worthwhile here. Been busy these days with Academics related stuffs. Yes, I am still a student. And yes, I am from a country where classes start in June and end in March. But I promise to be back soon and continue posting quotes and pictures of the different filming locations of Korean dramas that I’ve been to. If you have any questions, just leave them here and I’ll answer them as soon as possible. I come to tumblr once in a while just to check. :)

So for now, it’s 안녕 for a while. BRB! Be Right Back! :DDD

Anonymous asked: Thanks for the exhaustive explanation regarding the directions to Namwon.
Sorry, I can't read Hangul so I'd appreciate it if you can romanize the names. Again, my email address is qsg1051-at-gmail-dot-com.

Sorry for the very late reply. Just emailed you the map and other details on how to get to the ANJELL Entertainment Office. Good luck and enjoy! :)

Anonymous asked: Thanks, kabayan, for the quick reply. How far is Namwon from Seoul (like how many hours bus drive)? Yes, please do email me the map to ANJELL building. But then, somehow, I can't type in my email address here (it's not accepting links) Salamat!@

When I went to Namwon, I came from Gwangju (another city) and it’s just more than an hour away. But if you’re coming from Seoul, it would be around 3 1/2 hours, according to some sources:)

By the way, do you know how to read hangeul (Korean characters)? Just a piece of advice, it would be better if you could know a little. Since you would be going to places that are not for tourists actually (like the ANJELL building), it would be better to have a little Hangeul/Korean with you as not everyone can speak English. And as much as possible, write the addresses in Hangeul for the taxi drivers to easily know where you’re going. :)

    BACK TO NAMWON

According to some posts in naver, there are buses which leave for Namwon every hour. But the buses that leave differ from each other. Some are regular (일반) bus and other are special/express ones (우…). The express ones are more expensive than the regular ones. And bus fare are more expensive during the night and midnight. For example (based on the fares I had in 2009): bus going to Gwangju would cost me 16k if it’s a regular bus, 23k if it’s express and 26k if I buy a ticket for a 2:00am trip. :) And better check the schedule first before you leave so that you’ll know the last trip of the bus. Places like Namwon, which is not a major city/almost in the countryside, usually has early last trips. :)

I’d be emailing to you the map soon. Do tell me if you could read hangeul or not so that I can romanize the words in the map. (I use Naver map and they are of course written in Hangeul.) Thank you. :)

Anonymous asked: How do I get to the ANJELL building and the Gwanghallu Garden? I'm planning to go to Seoul in September.

From Seoul, you have to ride a bus going to Namwon. Gwanghallu Garden is just a few meters away from the bus station. You can ask some people there for directions. And actually, there are sign boards all over the place. It’s not hard to find Gwanghallu Garden.:)

On the other hand, it is harder to find ANJELL Building. Leave your email address here and I’ll send you the map that we used to get there. :)

Why? Why can’t it be me? You are the only one whom I told about my treasured bus. The only one that I allowed to hold Jolie. The only person whom I sang for. But why? Why can’t you like me?

    Yes but not fluent. :)

One of my had-to-do things listed when I was in Korea was to go to different drama shooting locations. I'm such a Kdrama fan that it didn't matter how far the place is as long as I can see the places where my favorite dramas were shot. This Kdrama fandom was the start of my interest in Korea and its culture. :)

Thanks to Naver, my basic Korean skills, my getting better stalking skills, Naver map and some guts, I was able to go to these places.

I'd be sharing here some of the pictures I and my friends took during the trips to these drama shooting locations. If you have any questions regarding these places that maybe I can help you with, feel free to ask me. :) I'd help you as much as I can. :)

And once in a while, if I'm bored and too lazy to edit the pictures, I'm just going to post some of my favorite lines from the different dramas that I have watched. :) I'll be posting the Korean lines and translate them to English. :)
